* To handle sales and products related to the Building materials like Decorative surfaces and other Wood products.
* Monitor market trends, update market intelligence and competitors’ activities.
* Introduce, launch new products, designs as required by the market and monitor the feedback.
* Provide guidelines to team members.
* Contribute to compile and propose Sales Tactics to achieve the sales budgets.
* Establish strong contact with the clients in Government and Private sectors.
* Develop and implement a Business Plan and Sales Strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company goals and profitability.
* Analyze sales trends and diagnose sales variances.
* Provide technical and product information to customers.
* Generate reports on market activities, customer development, sales projections and sales budget on profitability, inventory requirements etc.
