• Review and update scope of work documents produced by respective functional departments, client etc. to develop execution methodology and its impact on project cost and schedule.
• Ensure all procedure, drawings and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval and follow up on return of such documents.
• Prepare and implement PEP, review the project plan along with a project planner and assist in preparation of subcontract package of any works, which requires being outsourced.
• Coordinate and ensure that engineering and associated drafting work is carried out by the respective operative personnel, in accordance with the specifications & schedule.
