- Develop all high-level pre-construction and construction plans for projects in coordination with project teams
- Provide input during concept design and feasibility stages
- Review detailed plans developed by PMCs
- Assess project teams adherence to plan and monitor projects progress against schedule during project delivery
- Develop reporting templates and prepare regular reports to assess projects adherence to schedule
- Investigate deviations from the plan, assess impact on project and notify project teams of potential delays
- Support project teams by recommending corrective actions in case of deviation from initial plan
- Provide input on schedule to be documented in project report
- Perform any other duties as determined by the line manager.
