• Able take off quantities for all sectors as described above and prepare estimates for upcoming new projects,
• Able to carry out Value Engineering Process to reduce the estimated cost of projects,
• Able to review Contractors’ monthly valuations and approve for the payment,
• Able to review the final completion reports and prepare final account reports to closing out projects,
