Description
The key tasks for the position are post positions, screen candidates, schedule and perform telephone interviews, administer testing process, validate references and perform background checks.
Responsibilities
• Create and post online and hard copy recruitment advertising on both internal and external job boards, newspapers, industry magazines & social media.
• Screen job applications in line with Firm's requirements and responding to candidates in a timely and professional manner.
• Schedule the interviews with potential candidates.
• Develop, review and maintain job descriptions.
• Maintain records on recruitment activities such as: application forms, interviews, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Report progress to Recruitment Officer in a timely manner
• Receives detailed job descriptions and person specifications from HR / Hiring Managers
• Monitors and maintains FNSS ME on line content on Job Boards and Social Media sites
