The basic function of this position is to be responsible acquiring new customers and managing Key Accounts, Contracts, and Customer’s Files. This position will report to the Managing Director.
Tele-prospecting, cold calling potential customers with the aim of selling the Proshred service.
Visit selected Accounts, to check and make sure that customers are well serviced, at least once every month, alone or with the Line Manager to ensure proper follow-up and customer’s satisfaction, or as required.
To fully understand the pricing structure and lists of the company and those of the competition. Make sure that all company's sales and coverage policies are implemented properly. To report to the Line Manager.
To find ways and means for improving the Sales performance, and make recommendations to the Line Manager.
In case of any problem that could hurt the business, notifies and discusses immediately and without any delays with the Line Manager while suggesting / coming up with the right possible solution and Action Plan.
Responsible for keeping existing customers satisfied, as well as, targeting new accounts, sales opportunities and follow-up new potential customers.
Responsible for organizing, projecting, monitoring, suggesting, negotiating, all strategic customer’s contracts. Recommendation should be sent first to the Line Manager for review and approval.
Receiving, getting and forwarding leads to other averda entities for services other than Proshred.
To report on Weekly and Monthly sales / business performance via targets to the Line Manager, in the What/ Where/ Who/ When and How approach, with facts and figures, while always reporting the competitive market activities, as well as any other required management reports.
Responsible for exercising due diligence towards health & safety of self & others in the organization.
Responsible to comply with the applicable health & safety procedures, instructions, requirements, standards from regulatory and statutory bodies.
Responsible for reporting occurrences, events, violations, and acts that may affect health, safety and company reputation.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.
