- To initiate sales process by making cold calls, scheduling appointments, making initial presentation, understanding client’s requirements.
- To expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services.
- Self-driven, dynamic personality committed to meeting targets as defined by Sales Director.
- Keeps management informed by preparing action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
- Submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call and visits reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Establish and maintain current and potential client relationship by ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up client's orders and assisting collection department in collecting money owed to company.
- Negotiating the terms of agreements and closing sales.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Participate in training; attend meetings, trade shows, seminars and networking events as required.
- Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related duties as needed.
