Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this is a Sales Manager position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia working with the distribution partner of my client (a multinational FMCG brand). Your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Work with the distribution partner in KSA to sustain and develop the brand's competitive advantage in the market
- Lead, motivate and coach the team to deliver sales targets and maximize the profitability of the business in the KSA market
- Improve the district operations to establish the competitive advantage
- Build strong customer relationships across the Modern Trade and Wholesale channels
