• Able review Contractors’ shop drawings, coordinated services drawings and to resolve all the related issues,
• Able to explore the market /industry and to propose equivalent alternatives in order to avoid delays due to non availability of approved materials or delay in delivery of such materials,
• Able to chair and conduct Progress meetings, Quality and Safety meetings,
• Able to liaise with Client /Client’s representative on day to day basis in order to manage the projects in smooth manner,
• Able to discuss and settle issues on Quality & safety raised by Client/ Client’s representative on their site observations,
• To be a good Trouble Shooter of all kinds of site related issues
