Role Requires handling the work related to Senior Tendering Engineer. Electrical Engineering, 6-15 years of experience in Design, Construction, and Testing of HV and Extra HV GIS Substations, OHTL, U/G Cable Laying projects. Computer literacy in Excel, and Word. Gulf experience is a must, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
* Preparation of technical and commercial tenders using the client’s own enquiry and specifications including the technical review of the offers received from vendors/sub-contractors,
* To develop, negotiate and agree/confirm contract specifications with a variety of external groups, including vendors, sub-contractors, and client
* To attend site visits
* To prepare Bill of quantities (BOQ) for complete tender scope, indicating the project risk
* To attend technical Post-bid clarifications with client, dealing with ongoing clarifications / negotiations
* Any other reasonable duties, as required
