* Provide regularly high level technical reports, which include team’s performance, budgets and project progress, issues and any requested reports.
* Supervise and assign duties to team members and oversees their performance on throughout the year after director approved.
* Planning and tracking projects budget.
* Analysis business needs and creates and executes project work plans.
* Provide support for any and all technical projects.
* Improve work flow to be at a standard level.
* Suggest effective solutions and implementation.
* Attending expeditions and seminars and arrange training activities.
* Scheduling work and break hours and ensures that there is full coverage.
* Provide administrative decision-making.
* Develop research and follow policies and procedures.
* Be familiar with and stay abreast of current technology trends.
* Other technical duties, not listed, may be assigned by technical director.
