We are currently recruiting an Accountant within our head office in Riyadh. You will work as part of a small team, reporting to the Country Controller.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to gain experience across the full spectrum of Accounting & Finance.
Main purpose of the position is to do the following:
Credit Control
•Manage and Control a portfolio of customer accounts
•Maintain the standing data within Sales Ledger System
•Communicate directly with customers via physical site visits, telephone, email, fax and post to ensure that customers pay to agreed contractual terms
•Ensure that cash targets are achieved or exceeded
•Adopt zero tolerance to 90 days debt and minimise 60 days debt at all time
•Understand customer queries and take responsibility for their resolution
Invoicing Administration
•Raise monthly sales invoices to customers
•Work with Branch Managers & Administrators and payroll administrator to ensure invoices raised are accurate and timely.
•To ensure the physical delivery of the invoices to customers
Opportunity to assist the Financial Controller on the General Ledger with the following:
•Assist with Monthly Finance Report including profit and loss account, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
•Assist with Monthly balance sheet support pack with schedules and reconciliation’s completed for the fixed asset register, trade debtors, other debtors, repayments, trade creditors, accruals and the cash/bank accounts.
•Assist with Quarterly Forecast profit and loss account, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
•Assist Annual budget supported by a database for staff, property and vehicle costs.
•Assist Annual report and accounts.
