Business Responsibilities:
•Provide the manager of Governance with the guidance and support to define and maintain the business processes in alignment with the overall enterprise architecture and national standards,
•Provide support to, and ensure compliance with the enterprise governance model,
•Foster and support cross functional collaboration across the organization,
•Ensure the enterprise goals and objectives are clearly represented in all deliverables in addition to providing piers the support required to grow within the organization,
•Build, develop, and maintain client relationships in target customer groups internally and externally,
Role Responsibilities:
•Assist with the collection, registration, retention and publication of all opportunity governance artifacts;
•Assist with the collection and publication of all other documentation from the Governance Function including communication materials;
•Manage the development and implementation of the selected governance tool including but not limited to:
•Access rights to the system based on role;
•Assignment of opportunity unique identification;
•Version control of live production documentation;
•Development and creation of automated approvals and notifications;
•Development and creation of online forms and surveys;
•In conjunction with the Governance Analyst, creates end user guides and provides training as required to support the tools implementation.
•Provide technical expertise, guidance and training to more junior team members,
•Work with internal departments, vendors and other third parties to define/design requirements into the system to resolve business problems and support integration of existing tools with the Governance system,
•Research and make recommendations on products and services in support of procurement and development efforts specifically related to the business case and RFX process as required,
•Ensure that solutions are in compliance with and adhere to eHealth standards and protocols with respect to privacy and security of information, eHealth blue print and enterprise architecture standards;
•Perform Rotational On-call duties if required,
•Occasionally, work outside of normal business hours, and on weekends, if necessary to accommodate system implementations,
•Work with the internal clients to understand, consult, gather and document business requirements,
•Participate in regular client data quality reviews and remediation projects.
