Business Responsibilities:
•Provide the Strategy Manager with the guidance and support to define and maintain the business processes in alignment with the overall enterprise business strategy,
•Foster and support cross functional collaboration across the organization,
•Ensure the enterprise goals and objectives are clearly represented in all deliverables in addition to providing piers the support required to grow within the organization,
•Build, develop, and maintain client relationships in target customer groups internally and externally.
Role and Responsibilities:
•Assist with the development of the eHealth strategy
•Assist with the development of the eHealth strategy roadmap
•Document policy, analysis, eHealth alignment and Roadmap progress
•Assist with the management of the strategic assessment process
•Assist with the development of all other documentation from the strategy management function
•Manage the development of tools and templates to assist in the development of the Strategy and documentation
•Manage stakeholders to successfully drive decisions, approvals and recommendation regarding the eHealth strategy and roadmap,
•Organize the monitor the strategy process,
•Coordinate stakeholder involvement,
