An opportunity now exists within our company for a Head of Human Resources.
Reporting to the CEO, this position is responsible for the management and provision of human resources and industrial relations across our Group operating companies. As well as being an effective leader to the Human Resources team, this position will be required to support and work in partnership with all business areas in order to develop and deliver key HR services, projects and initiatives.
Primary accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- The development and implementation of the HR Strategy
- High level negotiation and management of enterprise bargaining agreements
- Management of employee and industrial relations
- Workforce planning
- Writing of HR components for commercial tendering processes
- Management of the organisational performance, planning and review program
- Management of the organisational reward and recognition program
- Regulatory and legislative compliance in all HR related areas
