The Al Qasr Company - Hospitality Division is looking for a talented creative graphic designer/social media manager. Working in the hospitality sector you will be required to support the marketing team on all marketing materials, whilst also working on all social media aspects.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent design skills & have the ability to develop ideas generated by the senior management team, working under their direction. The candidate must have advanced experience in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, Wordpress & possess the skills to operate google analytics.
The successful applicant will have an comprehensive understanding of social Media Tools including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and Will help us in building the JBS Hospitality brand by developing an innovating and engaging social media plan.
To be successful in this position the applicant must possess a good work ethic, be creative, have an excellent eye for detail and be passionate about the power of social media.
- Develop digital content for brand campaigns (. Sales and Promotions)
- Develop branded visual communications (signage, EDMs & editing and sourcing content.)
- Develop relationships with key influencers within the industry.
- Update Social Media (including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest) regularly.
- Assist stores in developing customer relations - such as the co-coordination of VIP Events.
- Maintain online stores content.
- Overseeing online store orders - including (on occasion) packing garments to send to customers, modifying invoices and handling returns.
- Customer Service enquiries.
- Present weekly report on online sales, developing pro-active solutions or ideas to address issues or weaknesses.
