The Marketing Research Specialist will be responsible to collect and analyse market research information to meet the marketing strategies and plans and enable informed decision-making for Ewaan.
►Responsible for the following:
Marketing analysis (using methods such as SWOT, PLESTE and 5 Forces)
Marketing research strategies and plans (in coordination with the Director of Marketing & Sales)
►Perform the market research activities required to develop Ewaan’s and its project’s marketing strategies and plans, in addition to research requirements from other departments.
►Perform research requirements received from Strategy & Business Development department in coordination with the Business Development Analyst. This includes research on economic landscape, customers, competitors and potential sites.
►Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
►Coordinate customer behaviour research & analysis with third party research agency.
►Forecast and track real estate marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data in order to prepare reports for management.
►Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution, and compare competitor pricing to Ewaan’s price list.
►Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data (such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires), or arrange to purchase/obtain secondary research data.
►Assess market research findings in order to:
Identify new market trends and opportunities through external analysis of the political, legal, economic, social, technical and environment (PLESTE) that Ewaan operates in
Analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) of Ewaan or individual projects
Measure the effectiveness of Ewaan’s marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies
Provide insights into the Real Estate industry or other markets by analysing the value chains, key players, driving forces, entry barriers, and key success factors
►Prepare reports for management on real estate market research findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text with information and proposals concerning the promotion, design, and pricing of competitor products.
►Ensure the implementation of Ewaan’s marketing strategies and plans in order to meet the Company’s strategies and objectives.
►Coordinate with the Director of Marketing & Sales to develop pricing strategies for Ewaan’s projects.
►Scan the market continuously and analyse competitors’ pricing in order to be aware of all market changes and take corrective action with management.
