These objectives to be achieved by leading the Design and Sales consultants to maximum performance. Maximize quality customer flow to the showroom by proposing and implementing various marketing activities. Ensure showroom upkeep by adhering to merchandising guidelines strictly. Ensure that all MIS and reports are submitted on time. Competitor activities and promotions will be monitored constantly and reported to take appropriate action.
