The company operates full-service, customer support facilities in the major cities of Saudi Arabia, including Dammam, Riyadh, Madinah, and Abha, with the main store and executive offices in Jeddah.

Job Role:
• Front-line contact between the company and the customer
• Generate sales volume, profitability, market share, quality of customer base
• This position will spend 80% of the time in the field and requires daily contacts with customers, where the individual provides technical advice
• Create and provide quotations as per customer(s) requirements, 20% of the time will be spent in office work and organization as per company requirements
• Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce/liquidate dead stock
• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
• Execute new sales campaigns within target market segments; understand market and industry trends and their impact on technology advancement.
Requirements:
• Product sales Knowledge and their work applications. The product range is very diverse and hence a general awareness is mandatory. Awareness of Garage Equipment products application and mechanical methodology.
• Ability to develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions. Responsible for RFQ, quotation, negotiation and contract review.
• Ability to prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain product to customers and prospective customers.
• Provide technical and non-technical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
• Creating a sales strategy for each customer, working with internal departments to co-ordinate the approach and delivery to these customers
