Job Description:
Impact Plus DWC-LLC is an events management & training company registered in DWC, Dubai (UAE) with an operations office in Saudi Arabia. We offer professional certification trainings in Leadership, Executive Education, Balanced Scorecard, KPIs, Social Media, Change Management, Risk management andrelated topics. These trainings are offered via public sessions and as in-house corporate trainings. We have an immediate opening for an energetic and experienced Business Development Manager with previous experience in the professional & certification training industry in Saudi Arabia and GCC countries to help expand our company’s exposure and reach, and to help grow our client base. The successful candidate should be target oriented and be able to work on their own without much guidance, as well as delegate some training related tasks to the training admin & marketing specialist
The successful candidate is expected to:
Increase revenue from our public trainings by maximizing paid registrations and number of public sessions.
Sell additional in-house corporate trainings and training programs.
Develop a list of prospect companies, make cold calls to their training or learning departments to introduce our company’s offerings, setup meetings, and follow up in order to eventually win training or consulting business from them.
Be willing to drive and meet with clients in Saudi and UAE as needed to present our company products.
Develop and maintain an organized database of client contacts, actively maintain communication with them, and report weekly updates to Managing Director.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities and report to CEO on a weekly basis.
Be able to prepare proposals and quotations.
Collect payments from clients against trainings offered and completed.
Make recommendations regarding product offerings, mix and company website based on customer feedback. Compensation includes basic salary PLUS generous commission.
