Summary: A Training Executive Manager (TEM) is the highest executive rank in the Training Center, who is responsible of the Center's growth and takes major decisions for the Center's success, who is in charge of creating, planning, and integrating the strategic direction of the Training Center and giving a clear picture to MC about performance results
. Qualification Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, or Human Development
. Responsibilities:
.1. Leading the Training Center's success
.2. Setting up the strategies for the Training Center coordinating with corporate office directions
.3. Setting up long term & Short term goals
.4. Develop and manage strategic plans
.5. Analyzing the Performance results for the Training Center
.6. Stay informed about the current trends related to services offered by Center
.7. Overseeing the Development, implementation, and monitoring training programs
