Request yearly rolling forecast from customers every month and participate in monthly forecast reviews to ensure most accurate forecast data is loaded in ERP system.
Deliver excellent and high-standard customer service support to the organization’s internal & external customers.
Prepare quotations for equipments and services based on enquiries received from customers for bids as well as for firm orders.
Receive purchase requests from internal customers and sales orders from external customer and acknowledge customers for their orders with a committed delivery date after liaising with material and production planning.
Develop feasible production schedules for finished goods and subassembly items based on available capacity and customer demand.
Work closely with production planning, customers and other customer regions’ customer service representatives to set priorities and prepare a schedule that will deliver all customers’ needs.
Prepare and maintain an on-time delivery (OTD) report and meet or exceed OTD target provided by management.
Assist operations when customers are not pleased with the resolutions offered and provide alternatives and reach an equitable resolution.
Continuously improve processes to enhance WSP’s ability to satisfy customer request dates.
Identify and execute on inventory reduction opportunities.
Employee should be ready and flexible to work anywhere in APC.
Implement approved Supply Chain policies, processes, procedures and coordinate with subordinates.
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account best practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
Control day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures
Comply with all relevant safety, health and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
Actively participate in on-the-job training
Generate commitment, motivation and enthusiasm to team goals, and guide team members through periods of change or uncertainly
Ensure the team complies with AGC’s values, policies, processes and systems
