Job Summary:
· The Power Section & Dyno Tester Operator is the focal points of all matters related to Drilling Motor & Agitator Power Sections and their flow test as well as Dyno tester operation.
Responsibilities:
· The Power Section & Dyno Tester Operator will be responsible for Drilling Motor and Agitator Power Section with regard to inspection, tracking, inventory, measurements, rework, documentation, and testing. He will report directly the service shop manager.
Facility Specific Responsibilities:
· Manage the Drilling Motor and Agitator Power Sections.
· Prepare the Power Section for Assembly.
· Conduct the measurements and bore scope of incoming Power Section.
· Track and monitor the Power section shelf life.
· Coordinate and follow up on Stator reline and Rotors rework.
· Conduct Power Section inventory as per required interval.
· Maintain records and documents related to Power Section.
· Complete the preventive maintenance on Dyno tester as per defined interval.
· Conduct the flow test of ready Drilling Motors and Agitators and all other tools as applicable.
· Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by the Service Manager.
