Application support for Oracle users using standard SOP for troubleshooting & generating system reports.
Ability to learn different systems and processes in detail to be able articulate the system functionality to end users.
Follow the outlined SOPs and meet and exceed Service Level targets agreed with the customer
Troubleshooting Skills - Resource would be required to troubleshoot basic technical issues. Route the issues to the appropriate teams for issues that are out of scope as per the defined processes / procedures
Attention to detail - Resource would have to eliminate probable outliers while helping resolve issues
Ability to build rapport with different cross functional teams in order to be able to drive issues to closure
Ability to work under pressure and to short time-lines
Should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and spoken in Arabic and English
