The Scope: Leading the sales team to achieve sales targets of the region, following up on sales activities, assuring proper maintenance of the company CRM system, and other tasks required from the sales function.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Commits to sales targets of his sale team.
• Supports, adds to, and directs his team towards achieving their sales targets.
• Manages, builds, and develops his sales team.
• Commits for the jobs and results of his team.
• Maintains and participates in developing of sales department policies & procedures.
• Follows up on the proper update of the CRM by his team
• Organizes and properly communicates different sales regulations, catalogues, guidelines, rules, and etc.
