Position Summary:
The primary responsibilities of Maintenance Lead engineer is to ensure that maintenance that company machinery and equipment are functional and conform to manufacturing standards and to prevent disruption of the company’s productivity levels.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include but are not limited to perform the following:
1-Analyze and prepare preventive action plans for frequent machine troubles.
2-Check and assess results of machine monitoring and preventive maintenance plan implementation and create corrections or recommendations for future improvements
3-Study, review, evaluate and prepare plans and recommendations for machinery improvements such as control upgrading, modifications or replacement.
4-Review, coordinate, recommend and issue spare parts requirements, availability and procurement.
5-Controls all documentation, drawings, diagrams, manuals, technical references and other documents relative to engineering works.
