Our client, a leading Dubai-based retail company with extensive operations and outlets in the Kingdom, is urgently seeking a well- experienced Marketing Executive. You will be directly reporting to the Marketing Executive This position will be based in Jeddah-Saudi Arabia Purpose The purpose of the role is to support the marketing department in planning and executing the marketing and PR strategy for the company and its brand portfolio in KSA Key Accountabilities Production Coordination • Liaise with suppliers to ensure the Marketing POP is produced according to the brand guidelines in a timely manner and with the allocated budget • Coordinate with logistics, VM and suppliers to ensure delivery of POP to stores and suppliers Support and Implementation • Assist the Marketing Manager in executing offline and online media plans, events and other marketing projects in order to ensure that these are in line with the brand standards Media Buying • Assist the Marketing Manager in identifying advertising opportunities in order to maximize brand exposure • Contact and negotiate with media suppliers when necessary in order to obtain competitive rates Administrative Support • Coordinate with all internal parties to ensure accurate completion of required paperwork-permissions, invoices and delivery etc. in order to ensure smooth distribution of all marketing material, to the company and its clients
