Leading HVAC design teams for several concurrent projects. Coordinating the work of HVAC Engineers with the balance of a multi-disciplined team throughout a project's development. Coordinating workload to complete documents on schedule. Tracking the financial aspects of projects, coordinating and adjusting the work effort with the team to ensure that the work is completed within budget. Conducting schematic, design development and contract document working sessions with clients. Establishing and maintaining client relationships, participate in marketing, design and production meetings with regard to HVAC systems. Conducting reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance. Acting as a mentor for junior staff members.
