Responsibilities
• Working closely with our all female shop staff and managers on the shop floor
• Work with contractors and all relevant parties on new shop openings in Saudi
• Recruit the management teams for all our shops in conjunction with MENA head office and support managers in recruiting their own teams
• Manage the Lush Jeddah office and oversee the work of the PRO
• Provide advice on employment law, contracts and other local compliance matters
• Ensure Lush Saudi business has all required legal documents
• Monitor and support all stores on operational aspects such as ordering, stock, merchandising, staffing levels, maintenance, etc.
• Co-ordinate mystery shopper programme within Jeddah
• Liaise with regional head office to ensure all Jeddah stores meet Lush standards
• Advise regional head office on any changes in law which will have an impact on our Saudi business
• Review Saudi business drivers with MENA head office to help drive performance improvements
• Oversee all Saudi marketing matters to ensure alignment with the MENA region
• Support the MENA marketing manager
• Manage social media within Saudi and assist the MENA head office with providing dual language social media updates
• Assist with translations on marketing and training materials for MENA region
