1) Guiding and give instructions to a group of trolley busses
drivers in specific route.
2) Executing the operation plan and ensure keeping the correct
positions and the time interval.
3) Monitoring CCTV system located in stations and inside
trolleys.
4) Ensure that all softwares in control center giving the correct
information.
5) understand all softwares, communications system, network
and equipments in Control Center.
6) Perform and provide daily, weekly and monthly reports.
7) Determining causes of operating errors and delays and
helping find solutions.
8) May perform other duties as assigned
