The E-learning Specialist role requires deep expertise in elearning implementation rollout and best practices..
You will be the pioneer in leading the elearning implementation in and academic institution. Your key responsibilities will encompass the following areas:
Work with the elearning coordinators to facilitate implementation of elearning in deanships
Define elearning adoption plans across the university
Work with instructional designers, training manager, and elearning coordinators to define elearning trainings and certifications for faculty members
Act as a mentor for Faculty members
Deliver key certification programs around the best-practice based implementation of elearning
Measure acquired learning through formal evaluation assessment.
Find solutions to address university problems through the use of elearning
Keep a track of new advances in elearning industry and look at adoption of these advances in the university
Work on alliances for the university in the field of elearning
