The e-learning Manager will manage complete e-Learning teams on day to day basis Plan, manage and control operations and management reports
The e-learning Manager will manage and support the design, development, implementation and evaluation of online training
The e-learning Manager will multiple projects
To work with internal and external e-learning developers to source and develop e-learning material for delivery through the host platform
Develop and maintain a suite of e-learning modules that are up-to-date and quality assured by subject matter experts (SMEs) and other stake holders
Manage resources to ensure optimum service delivery in accordance with agreed performance measures
Ensure delivery of e-learning education and development is responsive and appropriate to the needs of users
Ensure e-learning materials are up-dated and amended as appropriate using e-learning authoring and content development software
Take a lead on identifying and implementing newest technologies to assist the e-learning process
Ensure continuous review, development and maintenance of the quality and professional standards of e-learning and its interaction with education services and meeting highest standards
