General Manager needed to establish and develop a new manufacturing plant in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This plant will manufacture custom-engineered, fabricated metal products for the power distribution industry.
In this position, you will:
• Develop and execute 3-year business plans for the facility, with full P&L responsibility
• Hire, train, and manage staff members
• Manage local procurement of equipment, supplies, and services
• Develop and manage the operating budget to insure profitability
• Manage all functions within the business unit including sales, manufacturing, purchasing, finance, human resources, etc.
• Maintain top level relationships with end customers, clients, and design institutes
• Lead business development activities to insure business unit growth
