Norconsulting is currently looking, for one of our most important clients, for a HR Director. The position is based in Dubai.
The main priorities of the HR Director will be Recruitment Management; Training Management and Talent Management. This position requires managing compensation and benefits, motivation of the staff or practicing a transparent communication on a daily basis.
Besides the HR Director will have to implement the company HR strategy; set-up all policy, process and rules; manage the HR team; lead the budget and manage the costs for HR and Administration department.
