About the Job:
Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of store operations in a specific geographical region/country/province, establishing high levels of in-store standards; customer care & service and effectively managing all budgeted resources to secure agreed growth and profitability targets.
You will also be responsible for the following -
* Profitability Targets
* Store Operations
* Marketing
* Stock / Inventory Management
* New Store Development/Refurbishment & Business Development
* HR Management
