Goals:
Providing general supervision of the installation, operation, maintenance and repair of all types of cooling units at the resort and related equipment used for air conditioning . In addition to the responsibility of planning and inspection of defects, (preventative maintenance, before any failure occurs) and identify any problems related to all types of air conditioning available.
Tasks and duties:
Sets the priority of work and schedule tasks.
Propose methods and work flow for employees.
Prepares purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
Sets schedules and oversee the inspections process of air - conditioning equipment.
Awareness of the life span for HVAC equipment and spare parts.
Other duties may be assigned
Types of air - conditioning in the resort:
1. A separate unit SSU (Split Unit)
2. Assembled unit
3. RTU (roof top unit)
4. Desert cooler
5. And a separate central unit
6. CHL
7. (Chiller)
8. RTU (roof top unit)
