I. Summary
Oversees the day-to-day operations of COMPANY; managing all the hands-on operational aspects. This role collaborates with the CEO to develop operational strategies surrounding: revenue and sales growth; expense management; cost and margin control; service level expectations and delivery; and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goal management. Through respectful, constructive, and energetic style, guided by the company objectives this position provides the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure the company has proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
II. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Revenue Management
• Set up and implement pricing strategies and policies
• Maximize revenue generation through price and inventory optimization
• Set up methods and tools in revenue management, pricing, reservation and distribution
• Coordinate between SBU strategies and hotel GMs
• Oversee reservation system, agents and support
Sales & Marketing
• Define different sales channel strategies
• Manage relationship with corporate accounts and tour operators
• Coordinate sales activities at the hotel levels
• Manage the call center for the SBU
• Identify customer segmentations and plan and implement associated marketing and promotion plans
• Define branding and advertising strategy for the hotel operations activity
• Coordinate promotion activities at the hotel levels
Business Development
• In charge of business development processes such as communication protocol, etc.
• Identify list of prospects
• Prepare for hotel bid packages
• Participate in various industry events
• Manage relations with owners and strategic partners
• Prepare and run owner satisfaction surveys
