Summary:
• Responsible for real estate business development and optimizing Real Estate portfolio for new sites development, relocations, rebuild and existing Real Estate assets.
• Reporting functions include: Property Development, Asset Management, Projects, Procurement and PM/FM functions.
• Ensure that the real estate development process is conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
I. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Development oversight from idea inception to asset handover.
• Maintain a consistent and immense Real Estate development program; as it is Company's core business.
• Develop and sustain an effective business unit's alignment.
• Analyze investments and Procurement services.
• Ensure projects delivery within cost, time and quality metrics that help to develop performance indicators.
• Oversee construction, design services and property maintenance.
• Initiate business plans, financial and risk analysis.
• Maintain effective and consistent relationships with hotel operators.
• Asset recycling and asset enhancement.
• Ensure end-to-end tendering, purchase process, and contractor selection.
• Administer leasing, renewals and rent collection.
• Improve tenant relationship management.
