Job Purpose: Implementing quality standards, policies and procedures for all services within NIC in a manner that satisfies the set quality objectives, as well as performing periodic audits for making sure that all services are complying to the set standards.
Key Accountability:
• Develops, administers, and collects customer satisfaction surveys online with NIC’s defined standards.
• Develops customer satisfaction survey’s plan and in coordination with concerned departments, branches, and sectors.
• Analyses customer satisfaction surveys and develops findings report according to service/sector.
• Identifies the root cause of non-conformities identified and ensures required corrective actions are defined and implemented as/when required.
• Maintains quality records on all customer satisfactions surveys conducted and ensures proper data entry into the system and documents control.
• Implements Department policies and procedures and ensure compliance with related rules/regulations.
• Keeps abreast of new trends and rules/regulations related to the Department.
• Participates in the Implementation of Department related projects.
• Performs Department business transactions in timely manner.
• Develops periodic reports related to the activities of the Department.
• Provides on job training and coaching to junior employees on technical aspects related to department roles and responsibilities.
• Contributes to knowledge management by actively sharing relevant information and knowledge with others.
