Our client is leading Automotive group in Saudi Arabia. The group has consistently maintained a leading position and has several companies within. They are currently looking to recruit a Regional General Manager for their Heavy Equipment company. The position will be responsible for operations in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
Role description
Reporting into the Senior General Manager of Operations, your main responsibilities will be to:
-Assume P&L responsibility for the region across all functions - Sales, Service & Parts;
-Oversee Regional Managers of the above-mentioned functions;
-Prepare annual budgets, set targets and deliver on strategies;
-Monitor and manage KPI’s;
-Maintains management contact with regional customers.
