We are looking for Sales and Operations Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
To generate leads, close sales, ensure collection as well as hire, train and evaluate the performance of the sales and operation personnel/sales force .Establish sales plan, coordinate and implement commercial sales strategies, propose new alternatives in the design of housing prototypes, price definition and client prospecting.
Being aware and open at 360d to the real estate market to understand customers needs, competition evolution, leading sales and operation teams, implementing tools like selling programs that apply to individuals and the whole sales team. Oversees and assists with the implementation of business development activities in order to attract new clients..
