- Ensures accuracy in recorded transactions and finalized monthly trial balance
- Prepares journal vouchers and reconciles the bank accounts
- Maintain accruals and the adjusting journal entries
- Prepares the foreign payment and record the entries
- Prepares the employees entitlements, input to the SAP payroll and stimulate the output
- Maintain record of all property and all risk insurance policy
- Creation, posting and maintenance of fixed assets in SAP
- Coordinate with the external auditors for interim and the final audits
