•Responsible for geographical area coverage that is assigned by the management mainly Western Region (Jeddah, Mecca, Taif and Medina)
•Responsible to achieve monthly Sales targets for him and for his team in his region ( Value and Volume) set by the management;
•Responsible to achieve the collection target set by the Management;
•Manage a team of assigned Sales Reps and supervisors in addition to the sales task;
•Ensure proper channel coverage and products penetration in the Food services Channels
•Sell all categories in the portfolio and promote new products;
•Secure and negotiate contract with major Key clients in the food services channels
•Establish strong network with Hajj Catering and government institutional Catering and grow these channels
•Able to conduct pricing comparison with competing products (product, pricing, Brands, etc…)
•Able to produce Daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
•Able to split target among his sales team and monitor performance
•Assist the sales team in driving overall sales growth in food services
•Coordinate in within FS department and other operational functions. ( Frozen Bakery, Meat, and other Food services categories)
