BIOMEDICAL SALES REP. - Corpeation Medical

GENERAL

As a Sales Rep you will be leading sales operations following Company’s

policies and procedures.

RESPOSIBILITIES

As a Sales Rep, you will the following responsibilities:

 Achieving and exceeding agreed budgeted sales and margin

 Participating in proper HOSPITAL TENDER

 Managing the development of new and existing customer .

 Penetrating the products to MOH project’s department

 Coordinating with the commercial department on placements of

orders with principals

 Keeping abreast of latest products & innovation in the industry

 Following paperworks

 Making sure that the vision of the company is followed and

implemented

 Executing orders from upper management.

Tasks

 Improve the relationship with existing HOSPITALES

 Making decision on buying new projects/ tenders

 Following up on tenders and assuring that we have met the

regulation of it

 Supervise the tender price and procedures against competitors’

price

 Create new sales and keeping your ears open for newOPERTUNITY

 Following up on all existing tenders to assure a good result of sales

 Advertising the company and the products

 Participating in event needed

 Attending exhibition (domestic & international) and sometimes

participating

 Improve the EXISTING market

 Increase sales target with existing customers from previous year.

 Creating customer’s data base and update them quarterly

 Forecasting your yearly sale and presenting every quarter

 Doing sales report on a weekly bases and reporting it to direct

manager

 Following up with existing sales to make sure you are on the

right track

 Discussing with direct manager your target periodically

 Establishing programs/seminars in the areas of sales, growth

and profitability

 Properly presenting the company in all aspects (Image, sales,

knowledge….)

 Creating competitive strategies for sales & expenses

 Keep an eye on new products in the market

 Acquire proper resources to insure efficiency and stability of sales

results

 Execute issues given by upper management

 Achieving yearly target & collaborating with direct manager to

acquire the company proper legal governmental paperwork

 Make quarterly presentations for upper DIRECT MANAGER and

update on the status of business plan projects working on

 Recommend new processes where needed to improve quality, cost

and on-time deliveries

 Visit ongoing project sights
