To take on this leadership role it is essential you are an excellent communicator in English both written and verbal. Ideally if you are fluent in Arabic this will be of great advantage for the Saudi market.
The ideal candidate will be commercially savvy, have a strategic mindset with clear focus on developing a strong growth plan for the business. Ideally you will have established distributor models and made an impact on the healthcare and in particular in the consumer healthcare market in your current or previous role.
Good working knowledge of setting pricing plans, creating a strong sales and marketing teams and out smarting your competition in the market are prerequisites for my client.
