The role will report into the Senior HR Manager based in Dubai and is responsible for overseeing the Operational HR function which covers employee relations, payroll, rewards, general HR administration, recruitment and government relations. Acting as a business partner to the commercial operation the role is to provide an exceptional service to ensure employees are fully supported, motivated and retained. You will manage a team of 5 specialists in these areas and together contribute to the overall achievement of the business goals.
