Be responsible for the result of ITO project, such as qualify of delivery, customer satisfication, SLA/KPI;
Be responsible for running operation project comply with “Business Case”;
Be responsible for ITO Team’s capability growth
Ensure Contract compliance, and manage ongoing contractual and financial arrangements with support from legal and finance teams.
Maintain strong customer relationships.
Ensure appropriate resources are allocated and that functions are coordinated to achieve solution goals
Facilitate and foster continuous improvement, and make the proper changes to achieve the client business objectives.
Manage and prepare quality reviews.
Maintain high-level external client and stakeholder satisfaction
