JOB PURPOSE
Ensure proper performance and effectiveness of systems and demonstrate
adequate planning of Low Current Systems including but not limited to
CCTV, Access Control, Access Gates, UPS, Controllers, Master Clock and
Staff Paging Systems)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / MAJOR TASKS:
- Participates in the development of Low current systems (CCTV, Access
door, UPS, Controller systems, etc) as well as related policies and
procedures.
- Supervises activities and ensures the proper implementation of the related low current systems policies and procedures.
- Evaluates Electronics / Low current suppliers' contracts.
- Ensures the regular verification, implementation, maintenance, and functionally of the low current system.
- Ensures the proper implementation of the Low current Systems to avoid and resolve any occurring problems.
- Ensures the installation, maintenance and monitoring of systems.
- Ensures the proper organization, and documentation of low current systems.
- Makes sure all backups are well protected to avoid any risks of data loss.
- Participates in the development of Low Current systems policies and procedures.
- Supervises the activities and ensures the proper implementation of the related Low Current systems policies and procedures.
- Ability to recommend development plans for Low Current systems in order to meet the required level of efficiency.
- Can supervise and participate in the development of the Low Current system operations and procedures manuals.
- Prepares and submits to MES all work reports, weekly report, work orders, and related documents.
