•Responsible for directing and coordinating nursing care in all departments in line with the nursing clinical application standards. This covers observing and reporting patient condition, providing nursing care, recording pulse and temperature, administering drugs and other medicines and providing support to patients and relatives.
•Receive and deliver technical and administrative patient related reports.
•Support and reinforce the risk management policies of health facility.
•Follow-up and ensure the application of policies and systems of the unit / department.
•Participate in the development / revision / update of policies and manuals procedures section / department covering various areas including quality management.
•Deal with the rights and responsibilities of the beneficiaries in accordance the health facility policies and procedures.
