• Experience with managing an end-to-end SOA lifecycle from SOA architecture design, governance modeling & design, development, testing, SOA adoption & CM and Support.
• Extensive experience in consulting within the Oracle Fusion MW Environment
• Extensive experience in Project & Program Management for large SOA-based transformational programs
• Core Application Skill set include: Product Management, Customer Management, Order Management, Supply Chain Management, Revenue Management
• Oracle experience: Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Application Integration Architecture, Oracle Service Bus (ESB), Oracle 11i, Oracle Applications Performance Tuning
• Experience with all phases of design, development, implementation, extension and customization of Oracle MW and custom database development
Job Responsibilities
• Create and maintain program and project level plans
• Provide thought leadership from a SOA Governance, Design & best practice perspective
• Define schedule and sequencing of deliverables; Resource capacity planning; Provide support for estimating and budgeting; Status reporting
Skills
• 5 + years of experience with Oracle SOA suites, Oracle Service Bus, XML and XSU
• 5+ years of experience SOA architecture, governance, adoption and implementation
• 13+ years experience in consulting within the Oracle Environment
• 5+ years experience in Project Management
• 13+ years experience in Oracle Database and Oracle tools (Sql, PL/Sql, Forms, Reports)
• 5 years experience with Business Intelligence and Informatica
• 15+ years engagement experience in Application Development, Data Conversion and Interface, Datawarehouse, Fit and Gap analysis, Business and Technical process Reengineering, Application Migration, Documentation and Training.
• 15+ years experience in Oracle Applications including most recent experience in Oracle R1
• Core Application Skill set include: AP, AR, GL, OM, Inventory, OIC, Master Data Management and HR
• Grading of relevant skills on a scale from 1-10 (with 10 being the highest)
• Oracle SOA Suite – 10
• Oracle Application Integration Architecture â10

• Oracle 11i - 10
• Oracle Applications Technical – 10
